HOW TO MAKE A WINTER CAMP RESERVATION
 

- Step 2 -

STEP 2- This is where you will actually submit your reservation request. Clicking here will open up the online reservation request form. Please be sure to provide ALL of the information in the fields provided.

• NOTE: This is your request for a camping permit. You will be contacted by us (normally within 72 hours) with a confirmation of availability and an HSR reservation number.

Reservation requests can also be made via telephone by calling the Horseshoe Scout Reservation at 610-696-2900 Ext 25 (the best time to call is from 8am to 9am and from 4pm to 5pm - if we are out in the field when you call, please leave a short message and your phone number and we will return your call ASAP).

For both online and telephone requests, you will need to provide the following information:

• Camp requested (Camp Ware or Camp Horseshoe)
• Cabins or campsites requested
• Unit and number
• Co-ed or handicapped group?
• Council and District name
• Contact name
• Contact's daytime and evening phone number
• Your email address
• Your position within the unit
• Number of youth and adults scheduled to attend
• Date of activity and approximate arrival time
• Your approximate Sunday check-out time

You will be contacted with a confirmation of availability and assigned a reservation number. It is important that you reference any fee payments and correspondence with this number.
