Welcome to the Horseshoe Scout Reservation's short term weekend camping website. The following pages have been developed to assist unit leaders in the process of making weekend reservations for both camps Ware and Horseshoe during the fall, winter and spring camping seasons. In addition, you will find that this site provides the information you will need regarding the facilities which are available to the Packs, Troops, Venture Crews and groups who look forward to a safe and enjoyable weekend in the great outdoors.

Our goal is to simply streamline the reservation process and, by utilizing online technology, we can accomplish this task quite easily. The following web pages contain updated and current information such as the reservation calendar showing a month by month chart of the current availability of HSR's cabins and campsites, the required forms and paperwork for checking in and out of camp, contact phone numbers, email addresses and a handy, easy to use online reservation  procedure.
